Unfortunately, this is a little tight in this area. However, they are flexible so they do not feel uncomfortable … just do not hang well, at Like a photo! I’m heavy (250 + pounds at 5’4”), so it’s hard to find comfortable clothes that fit well and do not rub. This is wonderful! They are a little sticky, but not too much, or at least a little uncomfortable (and I will not be used for anything other than work anyway.) Are probably the most comfortable pants I’ve used in years and do not rub Chaffe not at all! My only complaint is that the first time I wore when I went to the bathroom drawer, took one of the drivers and made a small hole.
